Q. "I dont understand how this product is more expensive than the SE 2 classic because it seems to me the other offers an extra function as it is two sided whereas this one is only one sided?"
A. "Thank you for your query. This stethoscope includes the Littmann tuneable diaphragm which by varying pressure the stethoscope picks up high and low frequency sounds (the same as a dual headed stethoscope) so the dual sided element is not needed. The main reason for the price difference is the higher acoustic sensitivity. I hope this information is of assistance."

Q. "The US Medisave website offers engraving for over 10 characters. If you pay an extra fee it could fit up to 20 characters. I would like ot buy this product in the UK but to have it engraved with 12 characters. Would it be possible if I paid extra for it?"
A. "Thank you for your email. I am affraid the Master Classic II only has space for 10 characters to be engraved. This is simply down to the space we have available to engrave with depending on the model. The Cardiology 3 for example has space for 20 characters. I hope this is of assistance."

Q. "Is it possible to get more than ten characters engraved? One of the images shows a name with greater than ten characters. I am looking to purchase this product within the next couple of days so would appreciate a speedy reply. Thanks in advance Satheesh"
A. "Hello. The images are just for illistration purposes only. When you type you name in the engraved text box it will show you how many characters will fit. If all of your name doesn't fit in the box, then sorry it won't fit on the stethoscope. Kind Regards."
