The Accu-Chek Softclix Pro lancing device has a special “snap and lock” mechanism to ensure that a lancet cannot be used twice, for extra safety in multiple-patient situations.

The safety-engineered mechanism with automatic retraction of the needle helps to prevent accidental fingersticks and cross-contamination and helps to prevent reuse.

• Greater comfort

The special cut and diameter of the lancets minimize pain, the silicone-coated surface of the lancet enables smooth movement without tissue rupture in the skin, and the linear and precise guidance of the lancet allows for a gentle puncture. The high-speed puncturing process takes only 3 milliseconds.
