A. "Hello,The active seal cast and bandage protector is created by removing excess air. For showering pull active seal over cast or bandage. For bathing or swimming pull active seal over cast or bandage, as active seal is submerged continue releasing air until all air if forced out, before the opening it submerged check for uniform seal around arm or leg. It is very important to remove excess air from active seal to ensure watertight seal."

Recommend measuring length of cast or bandages and limb circumference to determine best size.
