Q. "I want to know the noise reduction rating of this Amplivox."
A. "With Amplivox it will depend on the frequency of the noise levels to obtain the noise reduction rating. You would need to use a Sound Level meter and as long as the sound is reading at 30 decibels on each frequency you will be within acceptable levels."
