The Bariatric Dynamic Mattress is an alternating full mattress replacement system for use on the Sidhil Bariatric Bed with high risk patients.

The bed consists of 20 air cells nestled on a pressure relieving foam. The mattress has a unique hinging mechanism that enables the upper section to ride up the backrest and the lower leg section to contour, ensuring better pressure relieving effectiveness.

The foam underlayer provides a fail safe security against mains electricity blackouts and incorrect pressure settings by preventing the patient from bottoming out on the hard bed frame base.

The mattress has a maximum user weight of 285kg (45st).

The power unit is fitted with a low pressure alarm and a variable comfort control.
