For hot or cold use we advise you place a cloth over or protective cover (CM993) between pack and skin. Discontinue application for 30 Minutes after the pack has been in use for 20 minutes. In case of uncertainty whether to use as cold or hot pack, consult a physician or pharmacist for further help.
