Q. "Is this one Vacuum?"
A. "Hello,Whilst this model of autoclave does have a vacuum cycle, it is a Type ' N' or non-vacuum style of autoclave. They are not suitable for sterilizing instruments that have lumens (hollow cavities), items wrapped or enclosed in pouches, and porous (absorbent or linen)loads. The true vacuum models use a vacuum pump and are know as Type 'B' Autoclaves. Examples of these on the website include: http://www.medisave.co.uk/little-sister-ses-113-11-litre-btype-autoclave-p-7364.html and Little Sister SES 225B 22 Litre B-type Autoclave ."
