As well as supplying the public directly Medisave is a well established NHS supplier and we welcome official orders via fax and post. On receipt of an official purchase order, your order will be processed by our sales order processing team who then confirm receipt via fax and an estimated delivery date for your goods. Please always remember to include your official purchase order number on any documentation so that correspondence regarding the order is easily maintained and that your order is processed quickly. Failure to do so can result in delays in processing.
You can use your own official order system, letter headed notepaper or download a Medisave order form by clicking here. If you do not already have a 30 day account facility with Medisave, please fax the order over and we will open an account for you within 4 hours. (subject to status)

We also welcome official orders from other sectors including GP Surgeries, Social Services, government departments, schools, nursing and residential homes, laboratories, veterinary surgeries, dentists and businesses. Privately run establishments will be subject to an initial credit check and will be notified of their account details upon receipt of the downloadable form featured above, or their first faxed purchase order.
Account customers are offered a 30 day credit account and regular statements will be sent to the invoicing address listed on your account. Please ensure these details are correct at the time of ordering as failure to pay within the specified time frame can result in credit facilities being suspended.
Once on our system, you can take advantage of online ordering selecting the “invoice my account” option at checkout. Please notify us of your wish to order online using this option on your order form or official purchase order, or e-mail us using the helpdesk facility and a member of our team will enable this option for you.
