Review:

First things first: This product does what it's supposed to do - it keeps the cast or bandage completely dry.

However, it doesn't appear to have been designed or trialed on anyone with an actual injury, or certainly not someone with an arm injury: despite claims of being simple to apply (my main reason for chosing this over other products), I have found it incredibly difficult to put on and take off for 2 reasons:

1)The hole in the rubber seal is so small, it requires quite a bit of effort to get it to stretch over my cast. It is near impossible to do alone (with one good hand) and still difficult with help. When I had a bandage on before the fibre-glass cast, the rubber also dislodged the position of the bandage.

2)Anyone who has a broken limb or operation wound will appreciate that it can bee painful to knock/tug or move the cast or bandage vigourously. This is precisely what is required to get the seal-tight on and off. My stitches get pulled every time which makes me avoid using it where possible.

The seal is losening as I use it more, but 3 weeks and several uses later it's still a hassle. Perhaps it's easier with a leg in plaster as you have both hands free.
