A. "The following is how set the min/max teperature on the DT210:Press the MAX/MIN button to display the maximum reading (MAX symbol displayed). Press the MAX/MIN button again to display the minimum reading (MIN symbol displayed). Press MAX/MIN button again to return to normal readings.Hold MAX/MIN for three seconds to reset minimum and maximum temperture memory."

Q. "How long is the connecting wire? Also if we use the product to test the inside temperature of a cooler a insulated box made of plastic will the wire be damaged when we securely close the cooler during the test?"
A. "The connecting wire is 110cm. The wire is a probe and is designed to read the temperature inside the fridge while the unit door is closed so this wouldn't damage the wire."
