Login to your Medisave account and click on the order you want to track, you will see a 'Track order' button this screen. Alternatively you can head to your order shipping email and you will have a button to 'Track order'.

The invoice will be sent to the register email address upon dispatch of the order, along with the tracking. Not received your invoice? In May 2023 we updated our website to a new platform which required all old accounts to be recreated. To reactivate you account, press the little person in the top right of the website. You will land on the login page - at the bottom of this page in the red box, you'll see instructions on how to reactivate your account.

We try to process your orders as soon as possible. If you notice something incorrect on your order, please contact us straight away to avoid the order being despatched - we can then help with amending the order.
