Low Frequencies
Apply light pressure with the floating diaphragm. (Bell mode)
High Frequencies
Apply firm pressure with the floating diaphragm. (Diaphragm mode)
Traditional Bell
Rotate the chestpiece for low frequencies via a fixed 'Bell'.

Overall Rating This is a fantastic Stethoscope for good quality sound. For straightforward Cardiovascular and Respiratory examinations you can listen without any interference and its a really comfortable fit. And i love the interchangeable bell and diaphragm.
I've tried a few different types but this one is a definite winner...(Posted on 24/01/2012)

Overall Rating Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope: All Black 2218BE is a very complete stethoscope. Despite its good functional capacity is one of the most aesthetically beautiful. It is a good buy even for veterinarians, as is my case.
