The Blizzard 3 Layer Jacket is thigh-length, body warmer with a hood that is warm enough for the coldest conditions, and unlike lighter products, does not easily tear or blow away.

The jacket is thigh length with a Reflexcell hood and clear plastic sleeves that allows for maximum mobility.
