The first 2 sphygmomanometers did not work so it was third time lucky. The sphygmomanometer itself is well made and love the metal plate that aids inflation and the button on the side to release the air is a game changer! Love the product. With regard to the replacements, Medisave customer service was first class giving the option of refund or replacement. I opted for the replacement and it was delivered the following day. After the second faulty meter, prior to despatch I was told that it had been tested to ensure it works. It did ☺️. Quality product and first class service from Medisave ☺️
