MOPYLEN is hydrophobic, inert and non-thrombogenic. By virtue of these properties and its non-ageing characteristics, this thread is especially suitable for permanent implants in which the material has to remain in the tissue for a long period of time. This is even possible in inflamed or infected wound areas
