The 3M™ Promogran™ Collagen Matrix wound dressing provides and maintains a moist micro-environment that helps the wound rapidly heal. The matrix is made up of a freeze-dried composite that consists of 55% collagen and 45% oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC).
