Engineered for high fluid absorption and long-lasting anti-microbial protection, making it perfect for wounds with moderate to high levels of exudate. The unique composition of Silvercel Dressing means fluid is absorbed from moderately to heavily exuding wounds while maintaining a moist wound environment conducive to healing.
