This BD Pro Safety needle fully shields the needle tip as it is withdrawn, reducing the risk of needle stick injuries. BD's Instaflash technology incorporates a notched needle designed to improve insertion success and reduce painful, hit-and-miss insertions.
The BD Vialon catheter material softens the vein by up to 70%, enabling longer dwell time.
