Whilst employers are not required by law to provide a Designated Smoking Area, if one is provided, displaying a Designated Smoking Area Sign will help to ensure employees and visitors to your premises will know where smoking is permitted at your discretion.
It is however, a legal requirement to display No Smoking Signs on and around your premises as part of the 2007 Smoking Ban and Smoke-free (Signs) Regulations 2012.
