Keep wounds protected and promote healing with the sacrum dressings from Allevyn. They are specially designed for a superior anatomical fit on the sacral area for enhanced pressure ulcer management.
The Dressing features a 3-layer design with a breathable top film, highly absorbent core and non-adherent wound contact layer.
The top breathable layer allows the wound to breathe even in the presence of exudate, and it helps to provide a barrier to bacteria. The hydrocellular foam core is highly absorbent, extracting exudate from the wound, making it suitable for a wide variety of wounds. The wound contact layer has a low allergy-based adhesive which adheres to intact skin without sticking to the wound. This layer system ensures optimum moisture control in the wound, which helps to heal.
