This Aquacel Extra dressing provides greater strength and absorption than standard Aquacel dressings, making it better suited for situations where efficiency is required.
With two layers of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (NaCMC) fibres, it forms a cohesive gel upon contact with wound exudate, promoting optimal moisture balance and supporting faster healing.
Who is this for?
Ideal for use on high-exuding wounds, moderately exuding wounds, and in post-acute settings.
