This BD SmartSite needle-free bag access device is integrated into BD's Alaris system, providing safe, direct access to IV bags.
The BD Alaris system is a modular infusion and medication safety platform used to deliver fluids, medications, blood and anaesthesia through IV lines.
BD's SmarSite needle-free connector is a closed-connection device designed to provide a variety of benefits in IV therapy, including infection prevention and improved clinician safety by reducing the risk of needle-stick injuries.
