Ethicon Dermabond Mini AHVM12 is a topical skin adhesive which uses 2-octyl cyanoacrylate in a precision mini applicator for secure surgical skin closures.

The Ethicon Dermabond Mini Topical Skin Adhesive AHVM12 is a sterile, non-absorbable liquid skin adhesive formulated with 2-octyl cyanoacrylate for precise topical wound closure. Designed in a compact mini applicator format, this version allows controlled placement for smaller incisions and minor skin closures.

Upon application, the adhesive polymerises rapidly to form a flexible protective film that bonds wound edges and provides a microbial barrier. The non-absorbable film naturally sloughs off as the epidermis regenerates, eliminating the need for suture or staple removal in appropriate cases.

Ideal for use on closure of small surgical skin incisions, minimally invasive procedure puncture sites, simple, clean lacerations, pediatric or cosmetic applications requiring precision, and situations where suture removal is undesirable.
