Firefighter Signalling Light
Flexible, high-visibility tactical illuminated marking system consisting of several colour-coded markers. These markers provide an immediate visual reference during emergency operations, especially where visibility is limited or nonexistent.
Their flexible, self-coiling design allows quick attachment to hoses, pipes, railings, cables, structures, and other elements on-site without additional tools. They can be handled while wearing structural firefighting gloves, allowing rapid deployment under demanding operational conditions.
Yellow
The yellow light is used for marking people and areas designated for triage.
They identify points where casualties gather and are assessed or classified. They help mark areas where initial care of affected people can take place. They mark triage points when visibility is limited.
They support the division of care areas into sectors within the emergency scene and help responding teams locate triage areas.
Red
The red light marks hazards and danger zones and indicates the direction of advance toward the intervention area.
Standalone use marks critical structure hazards, openings, changes in level, fall hazards, electrical hazards and active fire areas. They can be deployed quickly to mark restricted zones.
When used on a hose line, they signal the direction crews are advancing and the location of the hot zone. They provide a tactical reference when advancing toward the seat of the fire and help intervention and rescue teams maintain their orientation.
