FAQs
What is a dyno?
In a medical context, a dyno is short for a dynamometer, which can be used to measure a person's grip strength.
How to measure grip strength?
Hold your arm out with your elbow bent at a 90° angle and squeeze the dynamometer as hard as you can. Apply the grip force in a smooth motion, try to avoid jerking. Repeat this twice more so you can take an average of the three readings.
