Long time too arrive but fabulous quality
Sadly, it doesn't seem to be working properly. I have tried cleaning it and ensuring it is assembled correctly, but the auscultation quality is still very poor. Compared with my other Littmann stethoscopes, the sound is significantly quieter and lacks clarity, making it difficult to hear heart and lung sounds.

I own a Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope and bought a family member (also a healthcare professional) one as a gift. I have tried many stethoscopes before and found that the Master Cardiology stet environmental noise reduction and quality of sounds heard, is far superior to others.
I like that it makes heart sound more clear. But I feel the material is less quality than my old version of Littmann. Diaphragm feels something unusual, can't say it is as expected.
