Constructed with a flexible gel which moulds to different body areas to provide effective coverage around the injured area. Paired with the adjustable elasticated strap it ensures a secure and comfortable fit.

When used cold it provides instant relief for soft tissue injuries and reduces swelling and inflammation. 

When used hot it can help relieve muscle spasms by increasing blood flow to the affected area.

This ice pack is really well made and my mum loved it. The quality, ease of use and the flexibility (ice / heat), is wonderful. I would definitely come back to get more. Ps: Mum had a hip replacement surgery and the ice pack really helped with soothing throbbing pain and inflammation.
