The Responder Compressed Z-Fold Gauze is a high-performance compressed gauze bandage for moderate to severe wounds involving heavy blood loss. Made from high-quality 6-ply white cotton for maximum absorption and stability, The Compressed Z-Fold Gauze expands easily to cover large wound areas.
The Responder Gauze is vacuum packed for easy storage in first aid kits and a first responder bags, measuring 4.5 inches in width and 3.75m in length.
Designed specifically to stop catastrophic bleeding fast, the First Responder Gauze is the perfect addition to any first aid kit and works alongside compression bandages to stop severe blood loss.

The Responder Gauze can be used to control hemmorrhage in conjunction with a compression bandage, used as a backing gauze for hemostatic dressings or for minor wound bandaging. The 6-ply cotton gauze is conveniently z-folded which allows for a controlled application as a complete unit or in a continuous linear feed.

GENERAL ADVICE & INFORMATION.
- Vacuum packed for ease of storage in first aid kits and first responder bags
- 6-ply 100% cotton gauze
- Z-folded which allows for a more controlled application
- Unique crinkle weave ensures excellent fluid absorption
- Ultra-compact size that expands to cover larger wound areas
- Use as backing gauze for hemostatic agents, in conjunction with a compression bandage to control hemorrhage
- Measures 4.5 inches in width and 3.75m in length
- Compressed, rolled gauze ideal for wound bandaging and wrapping of injuries
- Use appropriate size of dressings based on wound area and amount of bleeding
- Apply dressing directly to the wound
- To control bleeding, apply firm pressure for 3 minutes
- Secure with adequate cover dressing, maintaining pressure to the wound
- Remove dressing after 24 hours

Use sterile saline or water to rinse any dressing remnants from the
wound when removing - Do not place over the eyes
