Designed for emergency/rescue situations, the Xtreme fabric protects against the wind, rain, and cold weather. It has the strength to be lifted to move casualties in a hostile environment. Manufactured using THERMARMOUR Xtreme fabric. The outer fabric repels and sheds water to expedite the drying process whilst maintaining insulative properties even when wet. Tested in the Arctic regions of Finland and the Antarctic continent.

The hypothermia bag is typically used by search & rescue teams, emergency teams and military teams to protect someone with an injury or in a trauma situation. The injured person lies in the bag to be safely carried away to a medical facility - whilst maintaining normothermic temperatures. This process requires no external heat source to work. The unique layered material warms the person up using their own body heat. This prevents hypothermia.
