The UrgoStart Plus Boarder is an all-in-one adhesive pad made of 4 unique layers: silicone backing, highly absorbent layer, polyabsorbent fibres and TLC-NOSF healing matrix. Thanks to this composition, this dressing can continuously clean, heal, and close wounds more quickly.
UrgoStarts' highly absorbent layer and silicone backing can manage highly exudative wounds while remaining shower-proof and easy to apply and reposition.
