Brilliant little piece of equipment. Saves having the bulky sharps bin hanging around the kitchen. It feels much safer to have when my grandson is visiting because it's put of sight. Its very easy to use in fact I wish it was as easy to administer my dogs insulin, if only 😬 Love it!

Incredibly useful and easy to carry around ‘sharps’ clipper, provides sharps safety for eventual disposal without compromising anyone with risking a needle stick accident. Shame the NHS couldn’t supply this simple and cheap solution for sharps!

Such a useful tool for disposing of short injection needles.
This clipper holds around 1500 needles and is smaller than a stapler, easy to pop in a bag when travelling. The clipper is easy to use, but it's meant for insulin needles. I no longer need a sharps box, as the rest of the needle can be safely disposed of in the bin.
A relief to get this as my pharmacy has been unable to supply them for nearly two years.
Absolutely brilliant. Able to cut the needles and store safely before asking pharmacies to dispose safely.
It is a simple device which unfortunately is no longer available on NHS. It cuts the end of the insulin needle so that it is safer.
Just the right size for carrying in my handbag so I can clip needles when I am on the move.
As I am diabetic and inject myself I use this item to safely dispose of the needles and this one replaces a previous one which is almost full.
These BD clips are excellent for disposing of syringe needles and hold lots of them.
This nifty little gadget means I don't have to spend a fortune at the vet getting rid of my dog's diabetic syringes. One of these will snip the needle off approx 2 years worth of syringes (i use 2 a day). Once you snip the needle off you can chuck the plastic part of the syringe in the bin. Highly recommend if the cost of syringe disposal is too high.
