Introducing the brand new Littmann Classic III stethoscope from Littmann. With the first major upgrade of the iconic Littmann stethoscope in 18 years, the NEW industry standard has arrived!
The Classic III stethoscope brings new design, materials, and technology to the Littmann stethoscope series that’s been used and trusted by millions of medical professionals worldwide for decades. With a two-sided chestpiece, dual tunable diaphragms, improved tubing, and much more, the Classic III stethoscope combines the best of new and traditional.
As with the Cardiology III, full adult and paediatric auscultation is available through its dual head chestpiece simply by rotating the central spline to alternate between the two sides. The more compact one piece diaphragm and rim assemblies have further increased acoustic sensitivity. The binaurals have been redesigned with larger diameter ear tubes and a thicker single lumen binaural to transfer sound more effectively. The selector spline is now recessed to allow a flush fit with the binaural tube and now features a visual indicator for easy identification of the operational diaphragm.

Order took 3 days, I ordered Wednesday morning and it arrived Friday which is good. The colour is what I expected the smoke colour is subtle but you can see it in good light that it’s definitely different from the black. Due to the colour lint does show up pretty well but of course it can just wipe off.
The engraving is very accurate which is great. Of course the product itself is reliable. Im exited to use this stethoscope throughout my career, grateful that this is my first stethoscope.
The ordering process was very easy and engraving truly didn’t delay dispatch! We got it within about 3 days! It was so quick I almost doubted the engraving would be there but it was.
It’s a beautiful colour, comes with some spare pieces and a pen which was a surprise offer! It works brilliantly too, as expected from Littmann.

Easy purchase from Medisave. I had an issue with this purchase as address was not labelled properly and royal mail had to sent it back to Medisave. However Hanah at Medisave was super helpful and sorted re-sending for me efficiently.
Apart for a week of working as a doctor without stethescope due to this delay, loved every other aspect of this purchase. X
